Audrey is doing good today. Her lungs are doing good and she is still on the ventilator. Right now, she is scheduled to have her chest closed tomorrow, which is the next big step forward. We are ready for that! (Her chest was left open to accommodate the swelling.)
We are still taking those little steps forward.

Hey Ryan and Linda,
I am so glad that Audrey is making forward progress. I looked up the meaning of her name and I think it is fitting. Audrey means "noble strength". She has certianly exhibited noble strength in her first two weeks of life.
I can't wait to see you all next week.
